Most of the people underestimate the power of excel, in fact a few was never learned the basic function of excel that actually can make their life easier. By knowing even the basic function excel, we should be able to reduced the time of working and can be focused to other things usefull.
Now, when you buy the office suit, it will also include excel. So this is a huge market, in which laptop and PC that ms excel not there? Almost none, by having this skills on excel and VBA any process automation will be able to be ANYWHERE, well almost everywhare.
So, the final question, how important excel is? One that can answer is yourself, simply just count how many of your works/job using excel?
